ECHOES OF BROKEN REALMS
Bringing a game's cast to life —character animation for a Steam action-adventure.
BuddyBrains is building Echoes of Broken Realms, an action-adventure game launching on PC via Steam. We brought its world to life where it matters most: the characters. Every character animation in the game — heroes, enemies, and the strange creatures in between — was created by Anujmation.
The Cast
What we animated
For each character we built a full animation set:
- Idle — living, breathing presence when standing still
- Walk — movement with weight and personality
- Anticipation — the wind-up that gives every action impact
- Attack — combat moves tuned to each character's role
- Hit — believable reactions to taking damage
- Death — a final beat with weight and drama
Every cycle was built game-ready and consistent across a diverse cast — from cute creatures to menacing foes.
Character animation is where a game's world earns its personality. We gave Echoes of Broken Realms a cast that moves with intent — every attack, every idle, every step.
